Welcome to rvseek.com! This document outlines the Terms of Service
that apply to you as a member of rvseek.com. These terms apply
to your use of any portion of the rvseek.com site (referred to
as "rvseek," "rvseek.com,", "RV Dealer Network" or "the site").
SERVICES PROVIDED:
rvseek.com is an Internet site devoted to recreational vehicles.

member information or display content in a suitable manner.
USER IDS FOR MEMBERS:

and password for accessing the member areas of the site. You are
responsible for keeping this ID and password in a safe place,

FEES:
There are no fees for accessing any of the public information
on the rvseek web site, or for registering as a member or using
any of the member areas of the site.

In consideration of your use of the rvseek sites, you agree to

process, and to update the information in a timely manner to reflect
any changes. You agree that rvseek has the right to suspend or
terminate your member account at any time if you provide false

phone, email address and RV preferences) is to provide you, the
member, with a customized experience at rvseek.com. We will never
provide this information to any third party without your approval.
Your rvseek User ID can be deactivated at any time, and your personal
information will be removed from our records (residual data may
remain in our archives). Doing so will result in a loss of functionality
on the rvseek.com site. For instructions on deactivating your
rvseek User ID and removing your personal information, please

or without cause. You, too, may terminate your account at any
time. Termination by either party must be communicated in writing
and transmitted by email sent to members@rvseek.com, facsimile,
or the postal service. Termination will not be effective absent
proof of receipt.
