TERMS OF SERVICE FOR BUSINESSES

rvseek.com congratulates you for your interest in becoming a participating Dealer of its RV Dealer Network. This document outlines our Terms of Service for Participating Dealers.

RVSEEK SERVICES FOR RV DEALERS:
rvseek.com is a web site focusing on the RV lifestyle, recreational vehicles, products and services. Several areas of the site include listings of rv dealers and service providers. Rvseek will list information provided by your business in these areas of the site. This is called our "Dealer Listing Program." There is no charge to participate in the Dealer Listing Program.

Rvseek.com also includes a number of proprietary tools that allow consumers to find Dealers offering specific products and services, and to submit inquiries to these Dealers using the sites software. The program by which rvseek forwards these inquiries to Dealers is included as part of our "Sponsoring Dealer Program." There are a number of different levels of participation, with varying costs associated with the various programs. Please contact rvseek, inc to learn more about which program might best compliment your advertising and marketing efforts.

FEES:
There is no charge for participating in the Dealer listing program. There are charges for participating in the Sponsoring Dealer Program.

PARTICIPATION:
Any RV Dealer, Manufacturer, Rental, Service or other RV related service provider may participate in the Dealer Listing Program by completing the online form provided at http:www.rvseek.com/dealer/dlp-signup.asp rvseek, inc reserves the right to modify the Dealer Listing Program at any time.

WHAT YOU PROMISE TO DO:
By joining the Dealer Listing Program, you agree to provide accurate information to rvseek, inc, and to represent fairly the products and services that your business provides. You also agree to inform rvseek, inc of any changes to this information. You agree to hold rvseek, blameless for any errors or omissions in the presentation of the information provided by you or by any other member of rvseek, inc's or its RV Dealer Network.

TERMINATION AND CHANGES TO SERVICES:
rvseek, inc reserves the right to terminate the Dealer Listing Program per the terms of its contract for any business or group of businesses. You may terminate your participation in the Dealer Listing program per the terms of your agreement. Terms of termination or cancellation of the Sponsoring Dealer Program are contained in the Sponsoring Dealers Program Agreement. Please review your copy or contact rvseek, inc to obtain a oopy of the agreement.

Rvseek, inc reserves the right to change the Terms of Service at any time. In the event of such a change, rvseek, inc will inform Sponsoring Dealers of the change through an email sent at least seven days before the effective date. Failure to terminate your agreement with rvseek, inc. before the effective date will constitute assent to the modified Terms of Service.

All termination notifications and requests must be made in writing and communicated by email, facsimile or the postal service, and are not effective absent proof of receipt by the other party.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
rvseek, inc does not represent or endorse the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any of the information contained or referenced on this Web site, including information presented through tools such as the destination database, inventory listings, RV Shows and Rally listings or any other information provided by 3rd parties. Any reliance upon such information shall be at the user's sole risk.

By joining rvseek, inc's Dealer Listing Program, you are also eligible to join as an rvseek Member. Your member Login and Password are different from you Dealer login, allowing you access to special Member features. In addition to the terms outlined in this document, all of the Member Terms of Service apply to your membership.
